While Petra is certainly the most interesting destination, the desert landscapes of Dead Sea and Wadi Rum have a lot to offer tourists to explore.

Its largest metropolis, Almaty, is a long-standing trade center whose landmarks include the Ascension Cathedral, a tsarist-era Russian Orthodox church, and the Central State Museum of Kazakhstan, displaying thousands of Kazakh artifacts.

Laos is not quite the easiest destination in Southeast Asia. Most travelers enter the country through land crossing of Thai Cambodia and Vietnam borders or through the emigration route of the country.

However, do not miss the opportunity to escape cities crowded with tourists or to enjoy very peaceful rural landscapes. Go north for a visit to some famous attractions, including Buddhist temples, old French-colonial sites and beautiful riverside landscape. 

Find magnificent waterfalls in the south, magnificent caves and thousands of rivers in which it is possible that you will experience life in the countryside.

Lebanon has a lot to offer: from ancient Roman ruins to well-preserved castles, limestone caves, historic churches and mosques, beautiful Mediterranean beaches, world-famous Lebanese cuisine, nonstop nightlife and discotheques, mountain ski resorts.

Its massive casinos and malls on the Cotai Strip, which adjoins Taipa and Colon Islands, have earned it the nickname "Asia's Las Vegas". One of its more striking landmarks is the tall Macau Tower, which commands sweeping views of the city.

Unlike most archipelagos, the island's idyllic landscape is still beautiful, and the Maldives are also famous for the abundance of marine wildlife. It's thus a fantastic place to snorkel and scuba dive. 

There are so many white sandy beaches in our beautiful country that it is a great honeymoon destination for discerning travelers.

Mongolia, a country bordering China and Russia, is known for its vast, rugged expanses and nomadic culture. Its capital, Ulaanbaatar, is centered around Chinggis Khan (Genghis Khan) Square, named for the infamous founder of the 13th- and 14th-century Mongol Empire. 

Also in Ulaanbaatar is the National Museum of Mongolia, displaying historical and ethnographic artifacts, and the restored 1830s Gandentechinlen Monastery.

If you already have fun exploring Myanmar, go ahead and go there before tourist attractions become mainstream. Traveling in Myanmar was always an enormous task, but it has now become very easy due to the fact that foreigners can book hotels online. 

If there is one place worth visiting it will be Bagan, an ancient city and UNESCO World Heritage. There are more than 1,000 temples still standing.

Nepal offers the perfect destination in the mountains. The Himalayas in Nepal are world's highest mountains. Tourist travel to this nation soon learns many more attractions which are worth the long journey. 

Kathmandu Valley is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and contains historic squares and religious buildings. In Pokhara you may try paragliding, or just enjoy spectacular views of the Himalayas mountains from a number of easily accessible views. There is tons of interesting sights and activities at these more than 7,300 islands that you can find on your bucket list. What makes Philippine Islands different among others is their distinct cultural heritage that was formed by Spanish, American, and native influences. 

In spite of some skepticism, my favorite thing about traveling around the Philippines was how simple the interaction of local people was.

Qatar is a peninsular Arab country whose terrain consists of arid deserts and a long Persian (Arabian) Gulf of beaches and dunes. 

Also on the coast is the capital, Doha, known for its futuristic skyscrapers and other ultramodern architecture inspired by ancient Islamic design, such as the Limestone Museum of Islamic Art. The museum is located on the city's Corniche waterfront.

Russia has a unique culture. Although locals may seem unfriendly at first meeting, once they get to know a person, they will go out of their way to help them in need. Russian natives are actually warm, friendly and helpful people.

Probably one of the easiest travel destinations in Southeast Asia, highly developed Singapore is ideal for first travelers, particularly family trips. Singapore is one of the most popular destinations for me! It is amazing how nature is preserved in futuristic urban environments. 

The Gardens in the Bay and the Jewel Changi Airport have become my favourite places. Singapore is a melting point of Asian culture where food lovers can get a taste of different regions. 

Due to the broad network of direct flight routes it also offers an excellent jumping off point for other “exotic” destinations in Southeast Asia.

Kpop and kimchi are popular South Korean culture and its influence continues throughout the world today. The change in history represents significant because its bigger and more powerful neighbor China and Japan often ignored it. 

Travelling around this peninsula makes traveling so interesting as it offers many cultural heritages and traditions of its own. Nevertheless the system quickly changed. You can discover ancient temples along with skyscrapers and gigantic retail centers. 

Deceiving mountainous South Korea is also home to many spectacular national parks that can be visited by cruising on beautiful island shorelines with.

Sri Lanka is now a tourist destination and is located in the pristine Indian Sea near South India. While its gorgeous beaches are a major attraction, it also boasts rich history and a rich heritage.

In its history, Sri Lanka contains a number of historic and cultural monuments. Many of these can exist in the enthralling city of Anuradhapura. Sri Lanka offers a variety of beautiful landscapes and spectacular natural scenery.

One of these features is easy to locate cheaper flights to most major cities in Asia, including Cebu in Philippine. The decision to allow Pinoys to enter Taiwan was also one factor for me going on my first trip to Taiwan. 

Taipei's main city has a bustling and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Its historic Taipei 101 housed a lively food scene, night market, temple and historic sites as well as many beautiful natural attractions near it. 

It is also worth mentioning that Taiwan offers an affordable travel destination especially compared with similar development destinations such as Singapore, Japan, Singapore or South Korea. Located in the Eastern Asia region.

Tajikistan is a country in Central Asia surrounded by Afghanistan, China, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. It is known for its rugged mountains, popular for hiking and climbing. The Fan Mountains near the national capital, Dushanbe, have snow-capped peaks over 5,000 meters high. 

The range surrounds the Iskanderkulski Nature Refuge, a turquoise lake formed by glaciers, home to a remarkable bird named Iskanderkul.

Growing up in a place highly influenced by Western culture, Thailand proved irresistible during my first solo trip overseas. With so many locations catering to budget travelers, it is possible to go cheap to fascinating destinations of the Thai country and experience the pleasure of Thai cuisine. 

In Thailand's southern part the salt waters offer breathtaking sea views. The areas north of Bangkok provide spectacular mountain landscapes as well as intriguing temple towns.

The country's major tourist attractions include Dubai's famous Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower; World Islands and Palm Jumeirah in Dubai; Abu Dhabi's Sheikh Zayed Mosque and Yas Marina Circuit; Al Hajar mountain in Fujairah.

Uzbekistan is a Central Asian country and a former Soviet republic. It is known for its mosques, tombs and other sites associated with the Silk Road, the ancient trade route between China and the Mediterranean. 

Samarkand, a major city on this route, has a landmark of Islamic architecture: the Registan, a plaza bordered by 3 ornate, mosaic-covered religious schools dating from the 15th and 17th centuries.

Unlike many of its neighbors, Uzbekistan is generally safe for visitors. When you directly compare Uzbekistan to its infamous neighbors (for example Afghanistan), Uzbekistan is paradise.

The best time to visit Uzbekistan is spring (April to May) and autumn (September to early November). It is generally warm and dry during this period, with temperatures around 70°F to 86°F in the spring and 57°F to 86°F in the fall.

Drinking tap water in Uzbekistan should generally be avoided, even by adult tourists. To avoid buying plastic water bottles, I recommend bringing a LifeStraw water filter bottle.

The city of Sana'a is the capital of Yemen, it is considered one of the most important and prominent cities that attract tourism in Yemen. It is located 2,200 meters above sea level.

Trips Advice: Avoid all travel to Yemen due to ongoing armed conflict, terrorist attacks and kidnappings. If you are in Yemen, you should leave the country if it is safe to do so.
